A. SHIPPING COSTS
All domestic order receive free shipping. Shipping costs for international order will be determined at time of check out. All product shipped from the USA .
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Domestic shipments are typically in transit for 1 – 5 days (Monday to Saturday). Same day order cut off time is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday).
International shipments are typically in transit for 7 – 10 days (Monday to Saturday). Same day order cut off time is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). International order handling time is 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday).

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
F. PACKAGES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the package has been delivered, please refer to our refund policy.
